The breakfast was amazing - pancakes, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. LOVED the easy access to National Monuments. Would stay again. the pool area looked better in photos.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Location offers a great view of Mount Rushmore. Breakfast is fine, can be a good start for the day. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool and sun terrace.

The rooms are small and could use some updating. There might be some delays in getting hot water for a shower.

the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! waking up to that every morning was priceless. ⛰️ the indoor pool & jacuzzi were also nice. But overall, a cozy stay for families. Will return! 🌟

The staff are superfriendly and excellent, managed the parking onsite. The units are spacious, absolutely perfect.

It had all needed for short stay in Keystone. The hotel has recently renovated and reasonably large rooms complete with a bunk bed, Direct TV and huge handicap bathroom. The location is favourable, relatively near a miniature golf course.

The units are beautiful, newly remodelled with a double bed, outside access, as example. A microwave oven, a coffeemaker, and a fridge are a nice touch.

I selected this hotel for a work workshop due to its business center, 24-hour front desk, and laundry facilities. The business center was well-equipped, and the front desk staff was accommodating. The laundry facilities were convenient for a quick refresh of my work attire.

One service I missed for my work was the absence of a reliable in-room coffee maker for a quick caffeine boost before heading to my workshop meetings.

I greatly enjoyed it, recommendable. My room was great-sized and had central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. All of the staff was very polite and courteous and attentive to guests.

I loved the spacious newly renovated room with convenient amenities like a microwave, fridge, and coffee/tea makers, and the friendly and accommodating staff exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to Keystone tourist spots, the National Park, scenic byways, and restaurants and souvenir shops.

Stayed in brand-new and huge room with huge handicap bathroom. The staff were all exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating. It was in a fantastic and stunning location on the hill over looking Keystone.

I liked the stay. Wanted to explore Keystone and this hotel was superb base for doing it. Stunning and wonderful location, it was nearby a motorway. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were helpful and excellent...

The location was fantastic very close to several eating options, a few steps away from Lakota Lake Picnic Area. Besides, we were adjacent to the monuments, Hill City and a nearby restaurant for a breakfast with service.
